- Is disinfection different from cleaning?
- Yes, and the order matters. Cleaning removes soil; disinfection kills what remains. Disinfectant applied over dirt is largely wasted, because the soil shields the surface. Our disinfection passes clean first, then disinfect — which is why it takes longer than spraying alone.
- Are the products safe around staff and children?
- We use low-VOC, third-party certified products and record the dwell time each one needs. Spaces are usable as soon as the surfaces are dry. If you have specific sensitivities or a product policy, tell us at the walkthrough and the specification is written around it.
- Can you come in at short notice for an outbreak?
- Outbreak response is scoped ahead of time as a defined piece of work, so when you call there is already an agreed scope and price rather than a negotiation while you are trying to reopen.
