- When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
- Book it before the trades finish, not after. The rough clean happens once the heavy work stops, the final clean after the last trade leaves, and the touch-up a day or so later once settled dust has reappeared. Calling on the morning of a handover means one pass, and one pass is what causes the complaint.
- Do you remove construction debris?
- We clear the dust, residue and fine debris that cleaning covers. Bulk material — offcuts, packaging, fixtures, anything needing a bin or a truck — is the contractor's disposal, and we will tell you plainly which is which at the walkthrough rather than discovering it on the day.
- Can you work around an occupied building?
- Yes, and renovations inside occupied buildings are their own scope: dust containment at the boundary, cleaning scheduled around tenants, and attention to the corridors and lifts the trades travel through, which is where the complaints actually come from.
