Periodic Cleaning Services in Metro Vancouver

Windows, carpets and hard floor restoration, planned on a cycle and booked a year ahead.

What this covers

Periodic work is the cleaning that is invisible until it has been skipped for two years. Carpets hold soil until the traffic lanes go grey. Hard floors lose their seal, then take the wear directly into the tile. Windows are fine until the day a tenant tours a prospective client past them.

The failure is almost never the work itself — it is scheduling. Periodic tasks get deferred because there is always a more urgent week, and by the time they are urgent the restoration costs several times the maintenance would have.

Evo Clean plans the whole cycle twelve months ahead and books it, so each task has a date before the year starts and the work never collides with your operations.

Included in the specification

  • Window cleaning, interior and exterior

Glass, frames and sills on an agreed frequency, scheduled around tenant access and the weather window rather than booked and rained off.

  • Carpet extraction and upholstery

Hot water extraction on a cycle set by traffic, not by the calendar, with traffic lanes and entrance zones treated more often than the whole floor needs.

  • Strip, seal and burnish

Hard floor restoration on a planned rotation, so the finish is maintained rather than stripped back to bare tile every few years.

  • Booked twelve months ahead

Every periodic task has a date before the year begins, which is the only reliable way any of it actually happens.

Questions we get asked

How often should carpets be extracted?
It depends on traffic, not on a rule. Entrance zones and main corridors in a busy building often need it two to four times a year, while private offices can go twelve to eighteen months. We set the frequency per zone at the walkthrough, which costs less than treating the whole floor at the corridor's rate.
Can periodic work be done without closing the space?
Mostly, yes. Carpet extraction and floor work are scheduled outside occupied hours, zone by zone, so the building keeps running. Full strip-and-seal on a large floor is the one task that usually wants a weekend.
Do I have to commit to a full year?
The plan covers a year so the dates exist, but it is a schedule rather than a lock-in. Periodic work can also be quoted as individual jobs if you only need one of them.
